HWM Consultancy was registered as a company in September 2016 by Hilton Moitse. Our goal is to upskill individuals in South Africa and make a difference by offering expert facilitators, assessors and moderators who will conduct learning programmes to employed and unemployed learners and build strong relationships with employers.
We are 100% black owned and comply with all BEE codes. We are a BBBEE Level 1 contributor.

The Management Team
HWM Consultancy was founded on basic principles entrenched in the roots of Agriculture. The experience and skills applied by the team were gained over a number of years spent at various organisations.

Abraham Moitse holds different tertiary qualifications in Agriculture and Chemical Engineering.

Managing Director
Hilton Moitse holds a Human Resource and Practices Diploma. He also is an accredited assessor and Skills development Facilitator.
His task is to develop and implement overall organizational development, skills and capacity development strategies.

Technical Director
Mcgrandle Makier holds a qualification in Agricultural Management. He held various positions in Public and Private Businesses. He managed the Elsenburg FET in Oudtshoorn covering the Central – and Klein Karoo, Langkloof areas.
